Baptist Health South Florida is a large not‑for‑profit healthcare organization located in Miami‑Dade, Monroe, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical care to patients of all ages through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation. Description The Clinical Staff Pharmacist collaborates with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient‑centered care. The Clinical Pharmacist I interprets, reviews, and processes medication orders, screens orders for appropriateness, and intervenes as warranted. The Clinical Pharmacist I provides patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management for assigned clinical areas, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes. Estimated pay range is $53.11 – $69.04 per hour depending on experience. Qualifications Bachelor of Science required; Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred. Registered Pharmacist license.
