Quality Control Lead - Construction QA Specialist

Harry Pepper & Associates, Inc. is seeking a on-site Quality Control professional for a pump station/heavy civil construction project. The QC will enforce plans and specifications, supervise inspections, and stop work to correct nonconformances under the Quality Control Program.
