Plans, organizes, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions including chronic pelvic pain, myofascial pain syndrome, and bowel and bladder incontinence.Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality therapy services for patients in accordance with the principals and practices of physical/occupational therapy.Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.Maintains positive level of interaction with patients and co-workers.Performs other duties as assigned.#ZRTeam Member CompetenciesEstablishing RelationshipsBuilds effective networks, working relationships, and alliances in order to collaborate effectively within department and organization. The team member will need to frequently assist lifting patients and heavy equipment.
