Job Description Hiring an experienced, professional,customer-focused Service Advisor who understands that exceptional service starts with communication, trust, and follow-through. You will ensure every customer receives a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.The ideal candidate will have previous experience, communicate confidently, and thrive in a busy dealership environment. The team member must accurately document repair needs, prepare and present estimates, recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs, provide timely updates, and follow up to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.

• $50,000 - $90,000 per year

Work Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.

• Computer Skills: Computer proficiency with the ability to learn dealership software quickly.

• Ability to commute to Sallisaw, OK.

Responsibilities

• Customer Hospitality: Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding service experience.

• Concern Documentation: Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs on repair orders.

• Estimate Preparation: Prepare repair estimates and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs.

• Workflow Coordination: Communicate with team members and customers, monitor repair progress, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

• Appointment Management: Schedule service appointments and help maintain an efficient shop workflow.

• Performance Achievement: Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction while meeting dealership performance goals.
