Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg Tele experience
• Comfortable working both day and night shifts
• Ability to manage 1:5 patient ratio
• Experience with telemetry patients
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Flexible with floating between facilities as needed

Floating Requirements

• May float between:
  • Providence St. Joseph's Hospital
  • Providence Mt. Carmel Hospital
• Float occurs when census does not support staffing needs at primary facility

Schedule & Expectations

• Variable Day/Night rotation
• Every other weekend required
• No block scheduling
• No call requirement
• 48-hour contracts not approved
