Systems Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a company focused on high-visibility executive transport and military aviation modernization programs. This position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK . The Systems Engineer will support systems engineering activities across specialized aircraft platforms, including requirements development, architecture analysis, verification and validation, and certification efforts. Join a mission-critical team advancing next-generation aerospace capabilities including advanced radar systems, digital communications, and hypersonic weapon integration. Responsibilities for the Systems Engineer include: Develop, decompose, allocate, and manage system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle. Support system architecture development, functional decomposition, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities. Perform verification and validation planning, testing reviews, and certification support for FAA and military airworthiness requirements. Support systems analysis activities including technical performance measures (TPMs), risk management, SEIT metrics, and technical reviews. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams while producing architecture models, specifications, requirements documentation, and reports. Required Qualifications for the Systems Engineer include: 2+ years of systems engineering experience supporting complex technical programs. Experience with system architecture and MBSE tools including CAMEO, MSOSA, Rhapsody, DOORS, TeamCenter, or similar platforms. Experience with requirements management, verification and validation, systems integration, and technical documentation. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
