Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Program Support Specialist to provide administrative, data entry, and basic technical support for a training program. The ideal candidate will be organized, computer proficient, and able to manage high-volume data entry while maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry and maintain electronic records.
• Process attendance records and update databases.
• Scan, organize, file, and archive paper and electronic documents.
• Verify records for accuracy and resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain organized filing systems and prepare reports.
• Provide basic iPad support, including setup, connectivity, and application assistance.
• Document recurring technical issues for IT follow-up.
• Operate office equipment, including scanners, printers, and copiers.
• Maintain confidentiality and support additional administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative support, clerical work, or data entry.
• Strong computer, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience supporting training, education, or operational environments is a plus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including occasional overnight assignments.
