Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Program Support professional to provide administrative, data entry, and basic technical support for training operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent computer proficiency, and the ability to manage high-volume data accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain training records with accuracy and speed.
• Scan, organize, file, and archive documents following established procedures.
• Track document status and verify records for completeness and accuracy.
• Review data for errors, missing information, and discrepancies.
• Support large-scale training data entry projects.
• Search electronic and paper records to locate and verify information.
• Prepare reports and handle confidential information professionally.
• Assist employees with basic iPad setup, navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Report recurring technical issues to the IT team.
• Perform general administrative duties and other assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous administrative, training support, or data entry experience preferred.
