The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, taking and processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and cleanlinessMust be of legal age to serve alcohol Responsibilities Greet customers and take drink orders Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Handle cash, credit, and other types of payment Comply with all food and beverage regulations Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or cases of beverages Ability to work in a noisy and crowded environment Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
