Production Technician

Responsibilities The Technical Cell Production Operator (TCPO) is responsible for ensuring the production of high‑quality components by performing the following duties: Perform machine start‑ups, shutdowns, color changes, changeovers, and necessary adjustments to keep processes in control at all times. Perform daily machine inspections. Restart molding machines after first‑shot approval. Clean mold cavities. Troubleshoot the machines and peripheral equipment as needed. Enter data onto production and quality paperwork. Assist Molding CPO and PETs as needed. Perform all activities safely, including the use of LOTO as required by company policy. Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use. Ensure the safe operation of all equipment before turning it back over to running production. Promote plant goals such as Safety, Housekeeping, Quality, GMP, and ISO. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Equal Opportunity Employer Amcor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
