Job Description Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Job Responsibilities Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Requirements Must be 18 years or older.
