The RN will monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry readings. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed. The RN will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient and family communication. The RN will participate in ongoing education and training requirements. A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety is required. Candidates must be adept at managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
