Requirements

• Active Alaska Physical Therapist License at the time of submission
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Flu Vaccination Required
• Pediatric Physical Therapy experience required
• Minimum 1 year of adult outpatient rehabilitation experience
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide treatment to pediatric and adult patients with a variety of diagnoses and functional limitations.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, self-care techniques, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams regarding patient care.
