Night Returns (Freezer/Cooler)

Position Summary and Responsibilities The Driver Check‑In position is to receive, store and distribute material, equipment, and Ben E. Keith products, ensuring the safe and efficient storage of BEK inbound shipments. Count and perform quality assessment of BEK returned products to ensure BEK guidelines are met and maintained. Organize and prepare returned products for timely and efficient storage to ensure availability of BEK products, material and equipment. Review paperwork and perform appropriate documentation of products to ensure quantities match shipments. Perform additional duties as needed. Work Schedule Thursday and Saturday Off You will train during the day for two months. 10:00a.m. – 7:00p.m.; Saturday & Sunday off. After training, you will transition to your regular schedule of 7:00p.m. – 4:00a.m.; Thursday and Saturday off. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements At least 1 year of related experience; warehouse experience preferred Knowledge of the food industry helpful Ability to strictly adhere to safety guidelines Basic math skills required Ability to use a PC and learn relevant internal applications Solid interpersonal skills Enthusiastic self‑starter Ability to receive and follow directions Ability to multi‑task Efficient time‑management Customer‑focused Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize projects High school graduate or equivalent required. Cannot not be afraid of heights. Must be able to work nights and be OK with split days off. Physical Requirements Able to read product lists and packages Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to handle product weighing up to 100lbs. Ability to repetitively lift. Must have heavy warehouse equipment experience, such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts (cannot be afraid of heights) Must have normal use of shoulders, arms, wrist, hands, feet and legs. Must be able to work in varying warehouse temperature zones and shifts.
