Minimum Requirements 2-3 years of administrative/clerical experience preferably in a life insurance company. Strong computer skills including Word and Excel. Must interact well with others. Must be able to work with demanding customers. About The Position Responsible for termination of agents for Lack of Production or other reasons including handling all steps in the process and any reporting necessary. Process termination of agents for Lack of Production (LOP) or other necessary reasons. Review monthly LOP report to confirm which agents should be terminated. Communicate with field leaders about the pending terminations and then execute terminations. Responsible for setting up of agent payment arrangements and admission of debit balance information for collections and rolling unpaid balances to agent’s upline if not paid and/or reporting to vector. Responsible for reconciling monthly Vector reports. Assist with contracting, appointments, and reinstatements for agents and IMOs including requesting all applicable due diligence (background check) reports, appointment fees, related forms, and preparation of contracts for processing. Responsible for confirming state appointments to meet compliance regulations for all states/jurisdictions with certain requirements. Maintains various associated department logs. Performs other duties as assigned. Candidates Should Have Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Education & Experience High school education or equivalent. 2-3 years of administrative/clerical experience preferably in a life insurance company.
