Communications Director, Workplace Reputation & Internal Communications

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Communications Director, Workplace Reputation & Internal Communications to lead strategies that strengthen employee trust and brand reputation in a manufacturing environment. You will design and execute internal communication plans, partner with senior leaders, support change initiatives, and manage issues communications. You’ll oversee content for town halls, intranet, and campaigns that engage a diverse workforce, using data and feedback to refine messaging. Collaborating across HR, Operations, and Corporate Communications, you’ll ensure consistent, clear narratives aligned with P&G’s values, culture, and business goals.
