Memory Care LPN Manager

Palos Heights Senior Living is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse with management experience to lead dementia care and supervise nursing staff. The role includes coordinating admissions, conducting health assessments, and developing care plans in a senior living setting. The ideal candidate has a nursing license, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, and experience in long-term care.
