Location: Islander 71 Fish House & Raw Bar – Isle of Palms, SC
Compensation: $50,000 – $85,000+ annually (based on hours worked, experience, and performance)

20hrs- 30hrs/week

The Role
We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated servers to join our high-energy service team. As part of the Islander 71 family, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, teamwork, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to grow in a continuous-improvement environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure seamless communication with the kitchen and bar teams

• Deliver food and drinks promptly, with precision and care for presentation and guest satisfaction

• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues professionally, and ensure each visit exceeds expectations

• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to a smooth, positive shift

• Collaborate with teammates to maintain smooth operations during high-volume service

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and pride in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a server in a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant

• Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with excellent attention to detail

• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-energy setting

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
