Medical Front Desk Specialist - Bilingual (PT/FT)

Front Desk StaffWE ARE LOOKING
Applicant shall have experience in a medical related office with excellent telephone/speaking skills, good multitasker, knowledge of health insurance plans, knowledge of medical software and computer savvy. The applicant should also have a pleasant personality, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented and dedicated to providing outstanding patient care, energetic, punctual, and able to work in a busy office setting. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and training. New graduates are also welcome to apply. Bi‑lingual Spanish/English is also a plus. PT/FT. Registered Nurse – PACU/OR Applicant shall have a valid nursing degree and experience (new graduates are also welcome to apply) in Ortho & Spine. The applicant should also have a pleasant personality, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented and dedicated to providing outstanding patient care, energetic, punctual, and multi‑task able to work in a busy office setting. The candidate will liaise with physicians, patients, and staff. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and training. Bi‑lingual Spanish/English is also a plus. PT/FT. Research Associate Looking for a well‑qualified candidate to fill out a position as a Research Associate. Daily tasks include but are not limited to: Keeping a log of all work‑related activities such as MRI and MRA studies. Screening patients and collecting data. Collecting and analyzing statistical data. Mailing out requested documents to attorney's offices. Assisting with procedure billing.
