Financial Reporting/Fund Accounting Associate

We are seeking a Financial Reporting / Fund Accounting Associate with experience in the alternative investments industry. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in hedge funds, private equity, CLOs, fund administration, or public accounting (Big 4/Mid-sized firms). Key Responsibilities Prepare and review fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting for alternative investment clients. Support hedge funds, private equity funds, and other investment vehicles. Review financial statements and assist with audit and tax deliverables. Perform reconciliations, complex expense allocations, and incentive fee calculations. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, resolve escalations, and support process improvements. Assist in supervising junior team members while ensuring high-quality client service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of fund accounting, fund administration, or investment fund audit experience. Knowledge of portfolio accounting and the investment management industry. Experience with Advent and Confluence is a plus. CPA designation (or progress toward CPA) is preferred.
