What You’ll Do

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a positive and engaging atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Supervising, mentoring, and motivating a team of baristas and staff.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Handling scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensuring the store meets all health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings:

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A knack for problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A passion for coffee and creating memorable customer experiences.

Pay: $25/hr, full-time, with paid vacation and sick time. Store hours: Mon-Sat 7am-5pm, Sun 7am-4pm at 96 Broad Street, Stamford, CT.
