Welcome!We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our Service Experts team. Journeyman license is preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing duties, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. We have ample advancement and career-growth opportunities available across the U.S.Hold on to your more of your paycheck with Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance programsCompany-provided smart phone, tablet, uniform plan, and tool replacement programWe’ll make you better at what you do with our internal Training AcademyBest-in-class 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with attractive company matching contributionsCompany-paid employee Life Insurance with options for YOU and your Family!Short-term and Long-term disability insurance options that will protect you and your family if you are unable to workSupplemental benefit programs such as: Legal advice, pet insurance, and health advocacy programsKey Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues or defects.Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing system layouts and installations.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements and timelines.Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.Carry out installations and repairs of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.Cut, thread, and bend pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.Clean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.Mentor and provide guidance to junior plumbers and helpers.Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.Coordinate with suppliers to procure plumbing materials and equipment.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Journeyman license preferred.Proven experience as a Plumber with 4+ years of work experience in the industry.Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.Expertise in interpreting and analyzing complex blueprints and technical drawings.Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and advanced plumbing techniques.Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to lead and manage plumbing teams effectively.Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.Valid driver's license.• Minimum Experience: 4+ years • Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED Equal Opportunity Employer.
