Renewyx have partnered with a growing commercial general contractor active across Southern California to bring on a Superintendent. Steady tenant improvement and ground-up commercial work is keeping this team busy across LA and Orange County, and they need a site leader who can run the day to day without missing a beat.

Walk sites daily, keep subcontractors and inspections on track, and own the schedule from mobilization to punch list. You're the one client, crew, and inspector all come to when something needs a decision.

5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial construction (TI, structural, or ground-up) • Comfortable running a schedule, Microsoft Project experience a big plus • Solid grip on plans, specs, codes, and subcontractor coordination

OSHA-30 (or willing to get certified fast) • Procore, PlanGrid, or similar • LEED or similar accreditation

• From $100,000 - $125,000 per year depending on experience.

• Permanent, full-time

• Field-based across Los Angeles, Orange County, and Southern California
