Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Overview Jethro Health System LLC – Medicare‑certified home healthcare agency seeking experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our teams in Lynn and Boston area. This is a per diem position with flexible hours, visit work schedules, and an excellent reimbursement package. Clinicians can choose their preferred geographical area to do home care visits. Responsibilities Complete initial and ongoing assessments to determine the level of functioning. Prepare clinical and progress notes that are legible, accurate, and complete and submit them in a timely manner according to agency policy. Develop and revise the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care team members. Evaluate and document the effectiveness and outcomes of care. Qualifications Current CPR certification. Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance coverage. Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, ideally in home healthcare. Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations. Good clinical judgement, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and compassionate. Benefits Per diem position with flexible hours and visit work schedules.
