Tryfacta is seeking a LPN Long Term Care (LTC) for our client in Colby, KS 67701. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Location: Colby, KS 67701
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Variable Night Shift (12-Hour Shifts) Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in the Long-Term Care unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Active LPN License required.
- Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Must be available to work variable 12-hour night shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
