Location: Colby, KS 67701

Duration: 13 weeks

Work Schedule: Variable Night Shift (12-Hour Shifts) Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in the Long-Term Care unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active LPN License required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Must be available to work variable 12-hour night shifts.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
