Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $12.14/hr 

• Employment Type:  Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 

• Shift Type:  Full Time and Part Time  hours available

• Minimum Age:  At least 16 years of age -  For Steven’s Pass Min age is 21 years of age so remove the tokens and manually input “21 Years of age”

• Housing Availability:  Yes

Job Responsibilities: 

• Make connections with guests and co-workers

• Share our passion for the mountains during service

• Follow the leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting

• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications

• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout, and at the end of the workday

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary

• Desire to learn and grow

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English 

The expected pay range is $12.14/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
