Construction Superintendent

Ayazz Construction is hiring a Superintendent to run commercial build projects in the field. This is a hands‑on, boots‑on‑site role — you'll be the person making the schedule actually happen. Our project mix includes franchise and restaurant build‑outs, multi‑tenant plazas, gas stations, ground‑up commercial buildings, and residential community developments — so we're looking for someone who can run a tight site across project types. What you'll own: Daily on‑site supervision of subcontractors and trades Schedule management and sequencing — keeping the critical path moving Quality control, safety, and code compliance Coordinating inspections (building, health, fire, low‑voltage, fuel where applicable) Daily reporting back to the PM and office team Punch list management and project handover What we're looking for: 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects Strong understanding of MEP, structural, and finish trades Restaurant, retail, fuel, or ground‑up experience a major plus Able to read drawings, redline in the field, and call out issues before they become problems Comfortable traveling — many of our projects are out of state OSHA 30 required Nice to have: Experience with QSR or franchise brand standards Per diem and travel covered.
