We're partnering with a fast-growing, high-end general contractor known for delivering luxury custom homes and select commercial builds across South Florida. With a strong pipeline of $5M-$10M+ projects, they're looking to add a sharp Project Manager to help lead multiple active builds and drive execution at a high level.

What You'll Do

• Manage 2-3 concurrent construction projects from pre-con through closeout
  
• Own project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
  
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
  
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with internal teams
  
• Ensure all work is completed in line with plans, specs, and safety standards
  
• Track costs, manage change orders, and keep projects financially on track
  
• Utilize Procore to manage documentation, reporting, and project flow
  
• Identify risks early and proactively solve issues to keep projects moving
  

What We're Looking For

• 5-7+ years of Construction Project Management experience
  
• Strong background in high-end residential or luxury custom construction
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects at once
  
• Hands-on experience working with field teams and Superintendents
  
• Strong Procore experience (highly preferred)
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills
  
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, builder-led environment
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $125K-$130K
