Product Support Technician

To provide exceptional customer service, the remote Product Support Technician will assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through installation processes while working full-time in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Assist customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting Guide customers through installation and usage of products Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement Required qualifications Experience in customer service or technical support roles Familiarity with home improvement products and services Proficiency in using customer support software and tools Ability to work independently in a remote setting High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
