Job Title: Rehabilitation Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation - Experience in Med-Surg - EPIC experience Description: ASAP start. Must have RN license on hand. No local candidates. No long-term care experience accepted. No new graduates considered. The facility is a state-of-the-art, 42-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. It is dedicated to helping individuals regain independence following an injury or illness. Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment for recovery. Customized, individualized rehabilitation is available for conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological issues, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs. The unit accommodates both adults and some geriatric patients. Patient ratios are 5:1 for RN/LPN and 7:1 for CNA. There will be no floating between units. A strong personality fit is essential for successful integration into the team.
