We’re looking for skilled carpenters who take pride in their work and want to grow into leadership roles within a professional, fast-moving crew.

What You’ll Do

• Build high-quality decks and outdoor living structures
• Work closely with a team to execute detailed designs
• Maintain clean, precise job sites and uphold build standards
• Contribute to projects that prioritize craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry or construction experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently with a crew
• Interest in growing into a leadership role

Pay & Benefits

• $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience
• Bi-yearly raises based on performance
• 401k plan
• Year-round work and job stability
