Dedicated Truck Driver Job Overview

Strong weekly incentives, real annual earnings. Earn $1,350 per week before extra pay and bonuses*-giving you reliable income you can count on.

Lease Purchase Driver Details

Owner-style pay without the ownership headache. Lease Purchase drivers earn a minimum of $1,350/week availability incentive pay, with $0.85 - $2.53 per practical mile, varying based on length of haul.*
Premium miles, premium balance. Run a dedicated schedule with weekly or every-other-week home time, depending on route, plus consistent freight and incentive opportunities.
Early earning boost with orientation pay. Get $800 driver orientation qualification process pay*, so you start strong during onboarding and head into your first weeks with momentum.
Top-tier trucks built for comfort & performance. Lease Purchase drivers roll in 2023-2026 fully-specced Internationals and Freightliner Cascadias, with modern features that make long miles feel better.

Lease Purchase Contracts
