Family-owned and operated since 2003, Via Elegante continues to grow, offering a supportive, team-oriented environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow with the organization.We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team as soon as possible! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a growing company and build a long-term career in senior care.As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our Tucson Foothills community. Under the direction of the Facility Director, you will travel between the 6 homes that make up our Tucson Foothills community, cleaning resident rooms and common areas. This role is ideal for someone with prior housekeeping experience, particularly in a commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or residential care setting, who is looking for stability and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and hallways to maintain a safe and welcoming environmentPerform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linensMaintain inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies and report shortages to managementAssist with cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are serviced regularlyRespond promptly to cleaning or laundry requests from residents, staff, and family membersUphold safety, sanitation, and infection control standards at all timesProperly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelinesRequired QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED2–5 years of relevant housekeeping experienceExperience in healthcare, hospitality, or commercial settings preferredReliable transportation and a clean driving recordAbility to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Via Elegante can assist)Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)Memory Care Certification (required or willingness to obtain)Benefits (Available for Full-Time Employees)401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off
