Love the outdoors? Love people? We've got the job for you.

Not every great hospitality job is behind four walls, and if you'd rather spend your shift under the Tennessee sky than under fluorescent lights, keep reading.

Grasslands Club is now hiring for one of our most fun and member-facing outdoor roles:

Bring the fun to the fairways. You'll cruise the course delivering cold drinks, snacks, and genuine Grasslands hospitality to our members mid-round. If you love golf, love people, and love being outside this one's for you.

The spirit of the role: great energy, genuine service, and the kind of personality that makes every interaction feel effortless. Our members notice and they remember the people who make their time at Grasslands special. That's you.

What's in it for you:

Work outdoors on one of Tennessee's most beautiful private club properties

Competitive pay plus gratuity from a loyal, appreciative membership

Consistent seasonal scheduling with opportunities to transition into year-round roles

A team culture built on fun, professionalism, and genuine connection

Career growth pathways into full-time club hospitality roles

Located on Old Hickory Lake in Gallatin no Nashville commute required

You don't need a fine dining resume, you need a great attitude, a genuine love for people, and the drive to make every member feel like the most important person on the property. We'll teach you the rest.
