Senior Financial Analyst

Atrium is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of our client to support business unit performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while driving strategic initiatives. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Maintain ownership of business unit financial performance, including full P&L accountability Oversee month-end close activities, analyze results, and provide key performance insights Develop and refine financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes Partner on strategic initiatives, business cases, and financial analysis projects Provide cross-functional FP&A support and coverage as needed Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting principles, and operational finance Experience working with JD Edwards or comparable ERP systems Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required CPA, CFA, MBA, or other advanced credentials are a plus If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
