If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys SURE unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excel In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large‑scale data migrations Proactive problem‑solving to streamline complex requirements A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project delivery Required Skill and Experience Experience in SAP or any other leading Non‑SAP ERP solutions implementation and Support programs Preferably previous experience with BI or process mining tools (e.g. Fluxicon, Celonis, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR, Signavio etc.) In‑depth knowledge in the areas of Business Process Design and Modeling, Business Process Analysis and KPI definition, measurements and other process analytics techniques to identify process improvement opportunities Solid understanding on the business process modeling notations like BPMN 2.0 and business process management concepts, BPM technology, process hierarchy definition, familiarity with APQC process definitions, SAP Best Practices etc. At least 4 to 5 years of experience on SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite and specifically on SAP Signavio Process Insights, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, SAP Signavio Process Manager, SAP Signavio Journey Modeler, SAP Signavio Process Governance, SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub and SAP Build Process Automation. Preferred Skill and Experience Preferably integration experience of SAP Signavio with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager, CALM, Enable Now, SAP BTP and LeanIX Capability to work closely with clients to understand their challenges, business scenarios and business processes Understanding of key customer processes, such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Acquire‑to‑retire, Issue‑to‑Resolution, Invoice‑to‑Cash etc. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), process data extraction, process data transformation, process data analysis, reporting, etc. Preferably experience with SQL, database technologies, ETL, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Data Sphere and/or programming (Java, Python, R, etc.) Preferably experience in business process automation concepts, SAP Build Process Automation and other AI / ML solutions Ability to direct and manage Proof‑of‑Concept initiatives and consulting projects with SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite prospects and clients including business requirements definition, process analysis, data preparation, and solution deployment Ability to lead and design customer‑specific process analysis efforts to create insights into process behaviors and process performance identifying improvement potentials Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day Preferably SAP Certification on SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
