What You'll Do

Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.

Recommend coverage solutions based on each customer's individual needs.

Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach.

Prepare and present insurance quotes.

Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and strengthen client relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
