Operations Specialist

Location: Lathrop, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a self-sufficient, ambitious, and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join a growing team in Lathrop, CA.

This position plays an important role in daily operations, supporting inbound logistics, inventory control, fulfillment, order management, and warehouse operations . The ideal candidate is organized, curious, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

The successful candidate will have a hands-on, get-it-done attitude , strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

• Become a Warehouse Management System (WMS) superuser and assist with training warehouse associates.
• Identify, flag, troubleshoot, and help resolve WMS issues.
• Provide administrative support by updating, maintaining, and monitoring operational data.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across applicable systems.
• Create and provide fulfillment productivity reports to monitor efficiency and process improvements.
• Support order management and scheduling for fulfillment teams.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Communicate inventory issues with the appropriate teams.
• Assist with SKU creation and maintain accurate warehouse inventory locations within the WMS.
• Identify and document process issues requiring short- and long-term solutions.
• Escalate issues through the appropriate channels and assist with implementing solutions.
• Create and maintain SOPs for recurring order and operational issues.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Provide direction, guidance, and support to teams when needed.
• Make operational decisions and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support daily operations.

• 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Supply Chain
  • Operations
  • Inventory Management
  • Warehouse Data Management
  • Logistics
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on, "get-it-done" mentality .
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ownership and accountability for assigned projects.
• Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, develop solutions, and follow projects through completion.
• Comfortable learning and working with different systems and business tools, including Google Docs .
• Intermediate Excel skills , including:
  • Pivot tables
  • VLOOKUP formulas
  • Reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand why operational problems occur and identify effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and willingness to learn.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field .
• Previous WMS/ERP experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
