You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing. Responsibilities Collaborate with direct managers to influence patient care decisions. Participate in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives to shape nursing practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of patient outcomes and nursing care standards. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Nurse (RN). Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
