Job Title: Project Manager Space Optimization (Entry-Level) Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid must be within commuting distance) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Space Optimization to support a large-scale initiative focused on optimizing retail space layouts by reducing storefront areas and expanding backroom capacity. This is an entry-level project management role that emphasizes coordination, scheduling, and execution across multiple teams, including facilities, electricians, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple store locations. Partner with facilities teams to support scheduling, site readiness, and issue resolution. Communicate effectively with electricians, data/IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely task completion. Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and progress updates. Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on outstanding action items. Support store planning efforts, including floor plan updates (training provided). Identify risks, delays, or issues and elevate as necessary. Ensure consistent execution through strong attention to detail and adherence to processes. Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or entry-level project management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Preferred Qualifications Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
