As a Corporate Strategist at Precoa, you operate as part of an internal strategy team that partners directly with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to solve high-impact business problems. This is not a role where you hand over slides and disappear. You will help shape decisions from the earliest stages of ambiguity through implementation and operational execution. What You’ll Do (and Why You’ll Love Doing It) Lead work that directly impacts the business Identify and drive a variety of strategic questions that matter most to Precoa’s future. One month you may evaluate the economics of a new partnership. Next, you may help determine whether an existing program should scale, pivot, or stop entirely. Build analysis that creates clarity Develop financial models, business cases, and structured analyses that help leaders make confident decisions. You’ll use Excel, SQL, and data-driven thinking to quantify tradeoffs, test assumptions, and uncover what could change an outcome. The work is analytical, but the goal is always practical action. Work across the business, not inside a silo Partner with leaders across departments to move initiatives from concept to execution. Success in this role requires strong influence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust across teams. Develop deep business and operational acumen Gain exposure to the operational systems, economics, and strategic priorities that drive a growing national business. You’ll build a working understanding of how decisions impact the field, partnerships, operations, and long-term company growth. Operate with autonomy and ownership Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining depth, quality, and follow-through. If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
