Who We AreSpire Building Solutions is a commercial construction company specializing in concrete restoration, waterproofing, and exterior building envelope repairs and painting across multifamily and hospitality properties. Our home office is in South Florida with field teams across the US. Our work includes restoring aging structures, repairing damage, and protecting buildings from water intrusion and structural deterioration. Who We Are HiringHands-on concrete restoration, repair and painting experienced craftspeople.What You'll Do Perform hands-on concrete restoration and repair on balconies, garages, facades, and structural elementsChip, remove, and prepare damaged concrete using hand and power toolsClean and treat exposed reinforcing steel (rebar)Complete patch repairs, forming, and pouring of concretePerform caulking, sealants, and waterproofing applicationsApply coatings such as elastomeric and protective systemsAssist with surface preparation (grinding, pressure washing, sandblasting)Work on ladders, scaffolding, and swing stagesFollow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sitesWhat We're Looking ForExperience in concrete restoration, repair, or building envelope workStrong knowledge of tools, materials, and repair methodsAbility to perform physical labor outdoors in South Florida conditionsComfortable working at heightsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to follow direction and deliver quality workAuthorization to work in the USReliable transportation to and from jobsites throughout South FloridaValid Drivers LicenseHow to apply: Please apply online using this form for fastest response.
