Real Estate Operations & Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Real Estate Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-producing real estate team.
The ideal candidate has real estate experience , understands the pace and demands of a busy brokerage, and is comfortable supporting multiple areas of the business. This role will include operations, marketing, technology, and general team support.
Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of a high-volume real estate brokerage
Assist with listing preparation, marketing, agent support, and brokerage projects
Help manage CRM systems, databases, files, templates, and processes
Coordinate marketing including social media, email campaigns, flyers, brochures, and listing materials
Create and improve systems, checklists, SOPs, and workflows
Assist with vendors, deadlines, special projects, and team initiatives
Use AI tools to improve efficiency, content creation, and online visibility
Help identify ways technology can streamline daily tasks
Ideal Candidate
Previous real estate experience strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of real estate terminology, listings, contracts, and brokerage operations
Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently
Experience with marketing, social media, Canva, CRM systems, or email marketing is a plus
Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technology to improve efficiency
We’re looking for someone who understands that no two days in real estate are exactly the same. The right person will be flexible, dependable, solution-oriented, and willing to help the team operate efficiently and continue growing.
