Location: St. Louis, MO Compensation: Base + Commission with an OTE of $125K+ first year

Our client is a staffing and workforce solutions organization seeking a Sales, Professional Services Recruiting and Staffing professional to expand on the business in the St. Louis market. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, building client relationships, and delivering customized talent solutions to organizations.

What you'll be doing:

• Maximizing territory potential through prospecting, qualifying opportunities, conducting customer meetings, and presenting staffing solutions and services.
• Generating new business through research, networking, referrals, industry events, and cold outreach.
• Developing relationships with key decision-makers using a strategic and consultative sales approach.
• Identifying client hiring challenges and demonstrating the value of professional staffing solutions.
• Providing ongoing customer service and account management support after business is secured.
• Collaborating with sales leadership to prioritize opportunities and execute successful sales strategies.
• Consistently working toward and exceeding territory sales goals.

What you'll need:

• 1+ years of outside or inside sales experience within a professional services environment preferred.
• Strong selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Highly self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales quotas and generate new business.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
