Overview Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for Crew Members to join our team and help serve our high‑quality subs. Responsibilities Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high‑quality standards Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere Multitask and work with a sense of urgency Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience Understand the terms of accountability and responsibility Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year QSR experience preferred Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler Reliable transportation Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge Excellent communication with guests Willingness to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Desire to improve self and skill sets Awesome personality We use eVerify to confirm U.S. employment eligibility.
