Job Details

• Dry Van Freight, 100% no-touch
• 50-60% drop & hook / 40-50% live unload
• Average length of haul: 450 miles
• Weekly miles: 2,300 to 3,000
• Home every other week for 2 full days
• Late-model equipment: 2022+ Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths

Pay & Bonuses

• Mileage pay: $0.48 to $0.60 CPM based on verifiable experience
• Average weekly pay: $1,200 to $1,500
• Top 30% of drivers average $1,800 per week
• Detention pay, layover & breakdown pay
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus: $500 after first load, $500 at 30 days, $500 at 60 days, $500 at 90 days
• Performance bonus: +$0.03 CPM

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required, must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (40 ft+)
• No more than 1 preventable CMV accident in the last 2 years
• No major CMV preventable accident in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test
• No drug-related convictions in past 5 years (10 years if CDL-related)
• No positive or refused drug/alcohol tests in the past 10 years
• SAP drivers are not eligible
