Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is now hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians for our automotive distribution center client near Ellabell, GA.


This is NOT janitorial work. This role involves heavy lifting and cleaning industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. Hot environment. Stairs.


Position Details:

Location: Ellabell, GA

Start Date: Hiring Immediately


Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Day Shift)

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night Shift)

Status: Overtime opportunities


Pay Rate: $17.50/hour


Job Responsibilities:


Team members will perform various tasks related to industrial cleaning and equipment maintenance, including but not limited to:

• Cleaning conveyors and industrial equipment

• Replacing filters

• Sweeping and scraping

• Paint sludge removal

• Conducting pre- and post-operational inspections

• Lockout/tagout of equipment

• Working around robotic machinery
• Use of PPE is mandatory at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Steel-toe shoes required

• Strong work ethic and punctuality

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (bending, stooping, lifting, standing for long periods)

• Must follow all PPE and safety requirements
