Embrace Your Role as a Registered Nurse Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient inquiries to ensure outstanding care. Establish meaningful connections with patients and their families, recognizing their unique needs to aid in their recovery. Work collaboratively with various departments to guarantee coordinated care and provide direct patient support as necessary. Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting them with complex patient needs and questions. Celebrate the achievements and milestones reached by our patients. Qualifications Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification is preferred. At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
