MLR is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our client's healthcare team in Texas. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care across various clinical settings, contributing to positive patient outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities for the RN:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, closely monitoring patient reactions and making necessary adjustments.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, post-treatment care, and general wellness practices.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Offer compassionate support to patients and their families, addressing any concerns and providing clear communication.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to the development of best practices within the healthcare team.
• Follow strict safety protocols, infection control procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe environment for all.

Required Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:

• Active RN licensure in Texas.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
