CoWorx Staffing is seeking reliable, motivated warehouse workers for a busy manufacturing facility in Sterling, MA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps production running smoothly. You will be responsible for staging production floors, moving materials throughout the facility, supporting inventory operations, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. This position plays a key role in keeping production and shipping on track.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Follow all departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support communication across departments.
• Locate, cycle count, and pull materials for work orders.
• Load, unload, and relocate materials as needed.
• Operate dock equipment and report any issues.
• Receive and verify incoming materials and supplies.
• Perform inventory transactions using barcode scanners and computer systems.
• Maximize warehouse space through proper product movement and organization.
• Troubleshoot material issues, inventory discrepancies, or freight damage.
• Ensure quality control of pallets, packaging, and materials.
• Support warehouse team members and overall workflow.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Strong attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions in English.
• Valid lift truck license or ability to obtain certification.
• Team-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working at heights equivalent to a 45 story building.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
