We are dedicated to adding significant value through the data we provide for our clients and the communities we serve.The Surveying and Geomatics Business Unit is seeking a Field Survey Technician in Woodinville, WA.Our Field Survey Technician will work as a member of a survey crew performing boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys for public and private clients. The selected individual will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of survey equipment, taking field notes, data collection, performing calculations and working with DEA staff and clients on these projects. Involvement in the office will include reducing survey data, performing calculations, copying and filing of this data.Key Responsibilities:Operation and maintenance of survey equipmentTaking field notes and data collectionSupports calculations of survey data and mappingReceives instruction from Party Chief or surveyorRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required0.5 year of field survey experienceProven ability to work in a team environmentStrong work ethic and accountabilityClean driving record required (no more than 3 accidents and/or moving violations in the last 36 months or 2 accidents and or moving violations within the last 12 months)Preferred Qualifications:Associates or Bachelor's DegreeTrimble Total Station and GPS experience preferredProficiencies with MS Word and Excel a plusWhat We OfferWe foster an environment where talented professionals have the freedom and support to do their most meaningful work.
